LA Luxuries Estate Agency is a Beverly Hills real estate agency that rents, sells and manages fine homes across Los Angeles. It is led by founder Jordan Pollack (CA DRE #02010832, license valid through 12/27/2029). Tenants deal with Jordan directly, from the first inquiry to the signed rental. Calls are not passed to a call center.

LA Luxuries is a licensed real estate agency, not a vacation-rental operator or a cleaning company. We represent tenants and owners on long-term luxury rentals and furnished rentals of 30 days or more. We don't run nightly rentals and we don't provide cleaning or housekeeping.

What we rent

• Long-term luxury rentals. Estates and homes for rent in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, the Hollywood Hills and West Hollywood. Recent listings include estates on N Beverly Dr, N Alpine Dr and Summitridge Dr in Beverly Hills. See current listings at /market-for-lease/beverly-hills. • Furnished rentals of 30 days or more. Furnished homes on mid-term and monthly rentals, usually with a 30-day minimum and some flexibility depending on the home and local rules. Our rental clients include relocating families, executives and companies, and film productions. • Renting for owners. We list and market luxury homes for owners who want to rent them, and offer boutique estate management for the length of the rental. • What we don't do. We are not a vacation-rental or nightly-stay operator, and we don't provide cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality services. We broker the rental between tenant and owner.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need. Send your dates, budget, neighborhoods, number of bedrooms and whether you want the home furnished, by phone, email or the form on this page. 2. We shortlist homes. Jordan picks options from current MLS rental listings and our own portfolio. 3. Tour the homes. We arrange in-person tours of your shortlist. 4. Application and rental. We handle the application, negotiate the terms with the owner and prepare the rental. The landlord pays the broker fee. 5. Move in. We stay your point of contact with the owner for the whole rental. Past renters say that when something went wrong, "they were super quick to fix."
