Representation Agreement
7 Day Exclusive Tenant only Representation Agreement.
This agreement allows you to rent homes represented by other agents. LA Luxuries would be your representative in given situation.
The "Continuation Period" shall be 60 calendar days following the expiration or termination of the Representation Period, including any extensions. Broker retains the right to compensation for any Broker Involved Property during this period.
In the event the landlord of your selected home does not offer compensation, or offers compensation below 2.5%, the renter shall be responsible for paying LA Luxuries a commission equal to 2.5% or the deficiency thereof.
Application Package
This serves to verify your funds and will be included as part of your rental submission package for the selected property.
