Representation Agreement
7 Day Exclusive Tenant only Representation Agreement.
This agreement applies exclusively to properties we source and present to you. Upon signing, we will deliver curated options within 7 days. Any property you find independently falls outside the scope of this agreement — you remain completely free to pursue those on your own.
The "Continuation Period" shall be 60 calendar days following the expiration or termination of the Representation Period, including any extensions. Broker retains the right to compensation for any Broker Involved Property during this period.
Client acknowledges that LA Luxuries / JN Properties, Inc. operates independently and that all pricing and terms presented are final and agreed upon at the time of execution.
Application Package
This serves to verify your funds and will be included as part of your rental submission package for the selected property.
