Venue rate: $12,000-$18,000 for a full day rental

Additional fees are:

• $500 cleaning fee
• $350 parking fee (40 cars)
• $2000 liaison fee (Someone that would take the role of catering director at a hotel). If the client chooses to use one of our planners from The Elegant Ninja, then the liaison fee is waived.
• $35/hr site rep fee
• $500 furniture removal fee (optional if the clients want to remove the outdoor furniture)
• $100 generator (optional if clients want to add light onto the parking lot and need power)
• $3000-5000 for an additional day for setup or strike
• $2000 refundable security deposit

Short term rate: $3,000 for a rental of 3 hours and 5 people on site (max 20ppl).

This is ideal for elopements, engagement photoshoots, and quick ceremonies. We also offer clients ways to customize their short term rental if they need more time or want to have more people:

• $600 for each additional hour needed
• $60 / pp for additional people on site between 5-10 people. $100 /pp between 10-20ppl (guests and vendors count as people)
• $350 cleaning fee
• $35 site rep fee
• $250 refundable security deposit
