The outdoor gardens and ocean views are fundamental to the design of every space inside this home. The bright, lofty great room has skylights and floor to ceiling windows that provide clear sightlines to the bay. The classic Tuscan interiors are highlighted by unique antique and reclaimed elements throughout.
The sun-filled dining room, with both a formal banquet table and a breakfast nook, leads you to the spacious gourmet kitchen. The state-of-the-art appliances reclaimed wood floors and custom detailing on the cabinetry result in a warm and inviting space to cook. A large sliding glass door opens, bringing the outdoors in and it provides direct access to the pergola covered dining area. On the same floor is a living room with wood burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, wet bar and ample seating for you and your guests to unwind. On the lower level of this wing is the second guest suite featuring a queen bed, ensuite bath, and its own covered patio. The third guest suite is bright and airy with a king bed, direct access to a beautiful grassy courtyard, and an ensuite bath.
Crossing the breezeway back to the main house, head up the stairs to the fourth guest suite where you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV, fireplace, private balcony, and ensuite bath. On the ground floor of the main house, are the fifth and sixth bedrooms. The fifth has a twin bed and shares a Jack & Jill bath with the sixth. The sixth and final room features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the patio on the South end of the home.
The palatial grounds seamlessly mingle Tuscan style gardens with Asian and tropic influences. Flowering bougainvilleas dot the grounds with bursts of magenta. Tropical grasses, fountains, ponds, and mature fruit trees line the pathways that coil along the hillside. Swim in the private pool or relax at one of many outdoor sitting or dining areas that are tucked among the lawns and courtyards.
